Product Principles
Human-first architecture: design with how humans actually work, not how we wish they worked
Useful or die: features earn their place or get deleted
Know users deeply: not trying to be everything to everyone
Engineering Principles
Ship to learn: build and ship features to learn and iterate.
Fix it now: when there is an issue, fix it right away.
Make things easier: each iteration should make things easier for users, not harder.
Business Principles
Clarity first: be clear about what we're building, not building, and the product direction.
Don't waste time: be precise about what we're good at and what we're not
Build for users, not world domination: the goal is to build something useful to users. Not the biggest tech platform in the world.
