Sound familiar?

You don’t need another app. You need somewhere for everything you’re carrying.

“I plan the week on Sunday. By Wednesday it’s fallen apart.”

With Sam

Sam keeps an eye on the week with you. When Thursday gets crowded it says so, and offers a fix before it breaks.

“I told Jae I’d get back to him. That was three weeks ago.”

With Sam

Sam remembers what you said and who you said it to, and brings it back while there’s still time to act.

“Big decisions go round and round in my head at 1am.”

With Sam

Think it through out loud with someone who already knows the background, and asks the question you’ve been avoiding.

“I’ve tried every app. They all want me to keep them up to date.”

With Sam

You just talk. Sam turns it into notes, tasks and time in your calendar, and keeps them current for you.

A Thursday with Sam

It’s not an app you remember to open. It’s someone who’s there all day.

  1. 07:40

Over coffee, the day in one breath

Not a list of everything. The one or two things that matter today, from your calendar, your tasks and what you’ve said lately.

Instead of opening five apps to work out what today is

A full day, but the deck is the one that matters. The agent is slow to reply, so ask about the deposit on your 14:00 call rather than after it.

  2. 09:15

At your desk, an honest second opinion

Sam remembers what happened last time and says so, even when it isn’t what you hoped to hear.

Instead of going round in circles on your own

Should the deck lead with the price, or with the problem?

Last time you led with price, the room argued about the number for twenty minutes; it’s in your notes from that call. What if the price waits until slide six?

  3. 13:50

    Ten minutes before the call

What you wanted from it, and what you already know, waiting for you before you walk in.

Instead of scrolling back through old messages in the lift

Call with the agent · 14:00
    • Ask whether the deposit can be paid in two parts
    • The lease has to be signed by 10 Oct, before the visa appointment
    • You liked Seongsu more, but Hapjeong is closer to Mina
  4. 16:20

On a walk, a voice note in Telegram

Say it while you remember it. Sam sorts out where it goes.

Instead of a thought you’ll have lost by dinner

    0:42

Good news on the deposit. I’ve ticked off “ask about the deposit” and put “sign the lease” on Monday morning.

  5. 21:30

    Before bed, a short check-in

What moved, what didn’t, and what tomorrow needs. Thirty seconds, and the day is closed.

Instead of lying awake wondering what you forgot

The deck’s sent and the lease is nearly done: a good day for the move. How was dinner with Mina?

Why it works when other tools don’t

It remembers

Your notes, chats and calendar, joined up into one picture of your life. What you said on Monday comes back on Thursday, when it matters.

It pushes back

It’s on your side, which sometimes means saying a plan won’t work. You choose how direct Sam is.

It follows through

A thought becomes a plan, the plan becomes time in your week, and Sam checks in on how it went.

Wherever you are

In their words

What changes when Sam’s in your week.

“It’s not just task management. It’s strategic thinking that understands context, when to push on growth, and when to protect capacity.”

“I’m now executing on immediate priorities while keeping strategic direction in focus… signed 4 high return clients in one month, established sustainable operations, all while managing three serious health conditions that would have derailed me six months ago.”

Belinda BassonFounder, ReDefine Coaching
“I went from just using a ‘to-do list’ to track my tasks, to actually being able to plan productively, proactively, and get all the things I want done.”
Aninda MossBusy mom and program coordinator
“I was kind of skeptical at first… not only does it meet the basic requirements of a productivity app but also pushes you to think and work better.”

Getting started

Two minutes to start. Sam gets better every day after.

  1. 1

Tell Sam what you’re working toward

A move, a launch, a healthier year. A sentence is enough.

  2. 2

    Connect your calendar

So Sam knows what your days really look like. You can skip this.

  3. 3

    Talk to Sam about anything

The more you share, the more Sam can help. No setup, no templates.

Sam knows a lot about you. So it’s careful with it.

How we handle your data
  • Private by default. Nobody sees your notes, plans or chats unless you share them.
  • Never sold, never used for training. The AI models Sam thinks with run with zero data retention: they don’t keep what you share.
  • See and change what Sam remembers, or delete everything from Settings. Gone means gone.

Questions people ask

What does Sam actually do?

Sam keeps track of your life with you. It knows your calendar, your plans and the people in them, so “help me prep for Thursday” means the right meeting and what you said about it last week. It works between conversations, with a brief in the morning, prep before a meeting, a check-in after and a heads-up when the week won’t fit. When a plan won’t work, it says so.

Do I have to keep it up to date?

No. You talk, and Sam turns what you say into notes, tasks and plans. It reads your calendar so it knows what’s happening without you telling it.

Will Sam message me all the time?

No. Sam reaches out for a brief in the morning, prep before a meeting or a check-in after. You choose which of these reach your phone or Telegram, and quiet hours keep the night yours. A reminder you set for a time still comes. Everything else waits in From Sam.

What does Sam know about me?

Only what you tell it and what you connect, such as your calendar. You can see what Sam has from you, change it, or delete all of it from Settings.

Does Sam speak my language?

Yes. Talk to Sam in Korean, Afrikaans, Zulu or almost any language, and it answers in kind. The app itself is in English and Korean, and you choose yours in Settings. More languages are coming.

What happens when my free Sam runs out?

Your notes, tasks and plans keep working. Choose Plus or Pro when you’d like Sam to keep thinking with you.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you move to Free. Your notes, tasks and plans stay.

What’s on your mind?

Tell Sam. That’s the whole setup.
